I have never used this, but I will give you my opinion ~ for what it's worth.

My can of "Just whites" which seems to be the same thing as what your talking about says that 1/4cup of it needs 3/4 a cup of water (which is to make 6 egg whites). So see if your substitute has the same kinda measurements listed on the side and wing it. Hope that helps.

I've never used replacer but sometimes I omit the egg completely add extra water instead and it works out just fine. What kind of cake are you making?

I know this post is a little old but found the question on the website so thought I would post it in case the question never got addressed.

How much Egg Replacer do you need to replace one egg?

One Egg = 1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer to 2 tbsp of water. To replace egg whites use the same amount as replacing the entire egg, so One Egg White=1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer to 2 tbsp of water. To replace the egg yolk stir 1-1/2 tsp Egg Replacer into 1 tbsp of water.
