Pages: 1 Baking with Stevia?       #338403 - 11/22/08 01:44 AM Edit Reply Quote wende Reged: 11/22/08 Posts: 2 Loc: Chicago Does anyone use Stevia in their baking instead of sugar? My mom has IBS and Diabetes so sugar and artificial sweetners need to be avoided. Stevia is ok to use, however, according to what I've read, it is tricky to bake with.
