I know juice is supposed to be stayed away from b/c of the high fructose it has, but I was wondering if I made my own from fresh apples if that would be safer. Obviously, it being an insoluble fiber, I'd be sure and consume it safely. But would that be better than using the store bought stuff? Or does it even make a difference? I've been wanting to make some hot apple cider
