Wheat-Free Rice Cakes

Gluten-Free Rice Crackers
These healthy crackers are delicious with hummus or ranch dressing
Makes about 20 crackers
Ingredients
1 cup brown rice flour
3 TBS gluten-free-soy sauce
½ tsp sesame seeds
dash of salt (optional)
10 TBS water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Prepare a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or oil.
3.Combine the flour, seeds and salt in a small bowl.
4.In a larger bowl, mix the soy sauce and water. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
5.Using a tablespoon, drop the mixture on the cookie sheet.
6. Flatten the mixture with the bottom of the spoon or fingers.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Tip:
Store in a storage bag for up to two weeks
