I remember once giving vast instructions of how to cook turkey and gravy. You may need to do a search for that. On the recipe index there should be lots of side dish recipes and pie recipes too. The classic root veggies and stuffing side dishes are easy to do IBS safe. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Make the pumpkin bread pudding )do a search for it in place of pumpkin pie its so good its good hot or cold and taste like pumpin pie to. Leftovers are great for breakfeast!
