Missing Salsa

I am missing salsa any tips on a good brand of salas or a homemade one. Tomatoe sauce and pasta sauce is a trigger any ideas would be great. I could just eat chips and salas til I had them coming out my ears before I got sick! Ahh the days before ibs!

This is weird because I just made a batch of salsa!
I used fresh tomatos,green peppers red and yellow peppers
onion garlic sugar(not much) vinegar and tomato paste.It also called for paprika and parsley and oregano.Do you think if eliminating the onions and garlic you would be able to eat the rest?

I normally don't like peppers either but cooked in the salsa I don't even notice them.You could probably get away with using less or even leaving them out but I have to tell you we tried my first batch last night and it was sooooo good.I don't know how you would make yours,I know Heathers isn't cooked mine is .And I'm going to need to do a few more batches.We've already finished two jars and I only got 6!
Let me know i can get you the recipe and see if you could handle it.
