I seem to have some trouble with soy as well. I have been using rice milk for quite a while and find that Heather's recipe for Will's Dreamy Lemon Rice Pudding (in her book Eating For IBS) to be the best ever. It is extremly delicious! You could use the vanilla rice milk or the original rice milk, which is just plain. I highly recommend her book, it has given me a lot of wonderful recipes as well as hope that even with IBS, I can still have tasteful things to eat and enjoy. (My entire family enjoys her recipes!) You may also want to try her quick breads, like Lemon Glazed Sticky Bread or Sweet Cinnamon Zucchini Bread. They are wonderful for a snack between meals with some hot peppermint tea! I hope you find the help you are looking for.
