Are there any other great recipes in there that are IBS-friendly? Is the book still in print? I love those ADBs; I'm on my third batch. I think they're far better than "No-Pudge," but don't tell anyone. I said that to my hubby so he'd eat all the "No-Pudge," leaving me all the ADBs. See how bad I am? It's not particularly friendly or unfriendly to IBS--it's just a hilarious beginner's cookbook that happened to have the BEST brownie recipe in it. It also has an excellent recipe for Hot Fudge Pudding Cake, which, if I haven't posted, others have posted the same recipe under different names.
