2 c uncooked rice(not instant)
4c water
1c mushrooms
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 green pepper(optional)
celery to taste
1/4 c soya sauce
1/2 c oil or less(1 TBSP would probably work fine)
Bake together in oven 350d one hour.
I can't do soya sauce but it really tastes good going down!

Sounds interesting. Also sounds like it makes a ton with 2 cups uncooked rice! I'll have to try it sometime soon.

We don't do soy sauce either because of DS's gluten allergy, but we all tolerate tamari or Bragg's Amino acids just fine. They're both vegan and wheat free, and taste much like soy sauce but not as potent.
