Cinnamon Lime Pecan Bread Lemon Glazed sticky Bread and Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread Has anyone tried these?and are they as good as they sound? The Punpkin Apple Spice Bread is really good too! I have not tried the Cinnamon Pecan yet...but it sounds good. The Lemon one is very tangy and summery, you may want to take that one! The Cinnamon Lime Pecan Bread was too lime-y for me. I know I've made the Lemon-Glazed Sticky Bread but don't remember much about it. I assume you want to use either wine vinegar or white vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar in the bread recipes. I wouldn't use wine vinegar but I might use white vinegar. My preference, though, would be to substitute lemon juice for the apple cider vinegar. The other Heather breads I really like are: Brown Sugar Banana Bread Sweet Cinnamon Zucchini Bread Gingerbread Simple Sweet Cornbread (this should be fabulous with BBQ) HTH. Hands down. I tried the cinnimon lime pecan bread and I don't know what went wrong.It didn't turn out at all. I'm going to try again tomorrow. It didn't call for any eggs.
