Baked potato chips rice crackers, corn based chips.We had a rice chip on the weekend that was flavoured bbq. It was good, I'll find the name and let you know.What are jellies?

I actually stay away from candy. I thought I could have jellies/jellybeans but I can't. They give me cramps.
What are your favourites? If you are really craving a sweet I'd try one at a time after a large sf meal.Suck on it so it lasts longer. Have you tried sugar free candies? I don't know if you can eat them but you could always try one at a time untill you know if you can handle any. Everyone is different so it's hard to say what will work for you.
Good luck, I crave chocolate everyday myself. sometimes i take the consequences for the pleasure.
