These are so good. I made these a couple weeks ago with Kress crockpot chicken! My husband said he could of ate the whole pan! I found the recipe on the web. I have been having them for a snack in the afternoon sure beets pretzels all the time.
Very Simple Blueberry Muffins 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup almond, soy, rice milk (i use almond) 1/4 cup canola oil 1 cup frozen blueberries preheat oven to 400 place spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, togther in a mixing bowl. Add milk of choice and oil mix. Fold in blueberries (if using frozen do not thaw first) pour into baking cups and bake 25-30 mints. Makes 8 muffins emmasmom ibs-c gas

Mmm, I made these this morning and they were so yummy! They're super simple to make, but they have a really nice flavor. I used almond milk as well, and my hubby commented that the "muffin" part had nice flavor to it.
I made one batch with blueberries and one with strawberries. Mmm, I'm dreaming about making one with raspberries...

I never thought of strawberries or rasberrys thanks a good idea thanks! I think I'll make the strawberry ones haven't tried raspberries. yet but I think I will now or blackberries ooh now I hungry! I am glad you liked them! thanks again. emmasmom ibs-c
