Looks safe from a fat and SF perspective. Not exactly healthy, but safe

Okay, for me, I eat organic cereals. I really enjoy the Peace Cereals, I eat the Mango Passion and Wild Mixed Berry, they both have dried fruit but never bother me. I also really like Puffins, and the Annie's Bunny cereals, just the Cinna Bunnies and Honey Bunnies. I understand the bland rice chex and rice crispies feeling, so I gave those up a long time ago.

The Envirokids cereals are good too - I really like the Gorilla Munch and the Amazon Flakes are good too. If you can tolerate peanut butter, they have one called Panda Puffs that's tasty. They're at the HFS or the "healthy" section of the grocery store. I like them because they each only have 3 or 4 ingredients and they're low fat.

I'd never heard of Envirokidz but I found their Website:

web page

You can click on each of the boxes to get ingredients and nutrition info. Most of them seem to be based on cornmeal and are super low fat.

It's a nice organic corn puffed cereal. My kids who are GF, love it and it works well for mama too! We eat it w/some banana, soymilk and a little maple syrup - delish!
