New to the board looking forward to getting my book. Just wondering if honey is alright to eat on toast or in tea?

I am fructose sensitive and since honey is mostly fructose it doesn't work at all for me. I use maple syrup instead or just plain cane sugar.

I eat a lot of honey, and I never have any problems. You should try to find the completely pure unprocessed kind, it is white colored and looks solid, but it spreads well on warm toast and is delicious. The pure, unprocessed honey also keeps much more of its health benefits as well.
