I don't know a lot lot about fructose intolerance so you will have to look into them yourself but some ideas include: oatmeal pancakes (I just listed my recipe on here this morning), heather's cornbread (i made it the other day but i made them into corn muffins which were really tasty and easy to grab in the morning).
go to to the recipe index and look through the breads- the cinnamon zuccini bread might be okay?
another breakfast I like is white or sour dough bread with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

I hope this helps sorry if I mentioned anything that you clearly can't have- good luck!

Hello,
http://www.wholeapproach.com/index.html has a great recipe forum. http://www.bodyecology.com has free cookbook. Also the book Body Ecology has great recipe idea's. I'm very sugar/yeast sensitive. Eat almost no fruit and only yeast free bread. Discovered variety of grains, millet amaranth, buckwheat, which do agree with me :)
