The lifespan of libbys pumpkin

I called libbys pumpkin today and they said that can pumpin can be kept in a container for up to 1 week in the icebox. It can be kept for 3 months in freezer but if it goes to of the container it may seperate when thawed but would not affect the proudct or your baking.It never last that long at my house!

I like to freeze it because when I make Heather's Pumpkin Apple Spice bread I substitute some extra pumpkin for some of the oil to bring the fat level down.
