Here's a breakfast idea that's even simpler than Kree's Sticky Buns or my Cinnamon Rolls:

Take a package of Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls and unroll and separate them just as the package directs. Before rolling them up into crescents, though, sprinkle each one with a little sugar and cinnamon. If you want, you can brush with a little molasses before sprinkling. (I really like this variation; Joe prefers them without molasses.) Roll up and bake as directed.

Another idea - although not for breakfast - is to sprinkle them with garlic powder before rolling and baking. Presto - instant garlic bread.

Enjoy!

these barely made it from the cookie sheet to the plate - no way they're going to make it all the way to you.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

More fun with crescent rolls:

Take a package of Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls and unroll and separate them just as the package directs. Before rolling them up into crescents, though, put some dairy-free chocolate chips on each roll. I used 10 small Ghiardelli Bitter-Sweet chips for each roll. Roll up and bake as directed.

This is not going to be all that low-fat but when you just have to have a chocolate croissant, these are much safer than the ones with all that buttery pastry and they're really delicious.
