How about frozen cooked poultry leftovers or "mock" tomato sauce (Beets and carrots cooked). I have enough GI problems without poisoning myself even more! I also found this webpage: http://www.wisegeek.com/how-long-will-frozen-meat-stay-fresh.htm Fish doesn't seem to last as long, and frozen vegetables last about eight months, although I don't think something you cooked and then put in the freezer would last as long.
