Does anyone know how long frozen fish and frozen chicken (both raw) stay good for in your freezer? How about frozen cooked poultry leftovers or "mock" tomato sauce (Beets and carrots cooked).

I have enough GI problems without poisoning myself even more!

Thank you.

I've heard that raw frozen chicken can stay good for up to nine months if it's in parts. I also found this webpage: http://www.wisegeek.com/how-long-will-frozen-meat-stay-fresh.htm
Fish doesn't seem to last as long, and frozen vegetables last about eight months, although I don't think something you cooked and then put in the freezer would last as long. Hope this helps.
