Does anyone have a IBS safe recipe for fish & chips? I am new to eating this way and used to LOVE fish and chips with a cold beer! Hah! No more for me!!! Heather's website and books have explained SO MUCH none of my docs could even begin to know!

Highliner makes a battered fish fillet that is actually low in fat and safe - it's called Healthy Bake. It's in the frozen food section.
You can make your own "chips" by cutting up peeled potato, spraying with cooking oil, and tossing with salt and any desired seasonings. Bake in the oven until they are done!

Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!

I have this about once a week. I buy frozen catfish or cod and bread it in panko bake in the oven for 350 til white and flakey. I fix french fries just poatoes cut up with a little oil and salt. its pretty good an easy on the tum. If tired of poatoes try it with soup or rice. Hope this helps.
