This is so good! Every time I make it I am so grateful for the lady who posted it! One of my favorite ways to eat it is with some ghram crackers and mini marshmellows! YUM!! You will nevr miss the real "stuff again"!ENJOY!!
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cups of sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1. In small bowl combine cornstarch and water to form a paste.
2. In large saucespan over medium heat, stir together soy milk, vanilla, sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch mixture. Cook stirring constantly until mixture boils. Continue to cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Pudding will contiue to thicken as it cools. Allow to cool for five minutes, then chill in refrig until completely cooled.
** Remember to combine water and cornstarch separatly or it will clump in your mixture!**
