Does anyone use the George Forman Grill for cooking much?
All I've ever used it for is some steak and hotdogs (when I can eat them)..Has anyone experimented more with boneless chicken breasts or fish at all?

Grilled Lemon Oregano Chicken (George Foreman Grill)

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
(pounded to about 1/2 inch thick)

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken breast halves to the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Grill until done (approximately 4 to 5 minutes on the George Foreman grill).

I used to use mine all the time for chicken breasts. I usually marinated them in something (terryaki sauce was a favorite). They cooked in 10-15 minutes even on the little bitty grill I had.

Fish cooks really quick too.

Oh, and I always lined the grill with foil because I just hated cleaning it.

I need to get a new one. The little grease catcher thing gave up the ghost awhile back.

Did you press it down on there on all the little bumps or just lay it over it, put the meat on and let it do it's thing? Did you still get the fancy "grill marks" with the foil on there?

I molded it over the little bumps and I did get grill marks.

I think the newer models have removable plates so maybe it's not such a pain anymore, but mine was old school.

Always has been for me. I use the Kikoman stuff in the orange-labelled bottle.

If you clean the gf grill while still warm, all it takes is paper towelsand done in a couple minutes.

Well, the foil method works for me. To each his own.
