All the recipes I found online are for mung dahls, stews etc. And I have never cooked beans before - I've been avoiding them for years because of the gas. But my naturopath wants me to eat them and apparently they are very easily digestible. Can anyone help me out? -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
