The taste test for the "No-Pudge" versus "Antidepressant Brownies" was held at 2:00 p.m. western time today. Present were yours truly and Mr. Yours Truly. Also present were the victims: a batch of 3-day old ADB and a batch of fresh No-Pudge. Not a fair test, you say? Well, maybe not. Also not fair: the ADB had no coffee in them, while the No-Pudge were "Cappuccino," and me, not having had any coffee for 5 days, went a little crazy over the beaters (no hand mixer, Mags, get the "Kitchen Aid" on that registry of yours!).
The verdict? A tie. Believe it or not, we really had a hard time deciding. If the ADB was freshly made, if the cappuccino was a different flavor, we'd probably have a different outcome.
I made the "No-Pudge" with applesauce (thank you very much, Heather!) and the ADB with 3 whole eggs instead of all egg whites. Again, maybe not fair. Deal with it.

Hm.. sounds like you're going to have to do another experiment, Bevrs! LOL This just gives you another excuse to do so.
