Hi I have read before that applesauce gives you some prolbems. It does me to. I was wondering what you use in place of it I was wanting to make some brownies. Thanks...

I have never used applesauce and dont add oil either so I usually just add a little extra water or even some milk.

Apples are really unpleasant for me, so I always substitute. If you tolerate pears or peaches, babyfood pears and peaches will work in most recipes, or you can try decreasing sugar and adding maple syrup.

HTH!

P.S. Also Mori-Nu silken tofu - try the lite firm if you're really fat-sensitive. It's great extra protein and can replace most of the fat if you need to.
