Canned Beans

Can I take canned beans and blend them up in the blender and eat them that way with rice without having a problem?

you can always try thats what i have been doing but take it slow like to teaspoons to start with unles your use them cause i'm not and i still have prolbems with them but its worth a try! I miss beans (love black beans) good luck!

That's usually what I do and I haven't had a problem. Just don't eat too much at one time. Heather has some great bean dip recipes. I really like the black bean one.

I'll just try a little to dress up my rice. Beans were a HUGE part of my diet, being Hispanic and all. Oh, how I miss 'em! Thanks guys!

Having IBS-D for eons, I've tried many things to eat. Found Bush's Best Original Baked Beans in a 8.3 oz. can just fine; should I get a little gaseous I take a GasStop capsule and all is well. Good Luck.....
