They sound yummy!! I made brownies from Trader joe's chocolate truffles for my hubby and I had a taste the other night. But instead of all that butter or vegan butter add half and maybe add 2 cups of Soy/almond milk. Thats what I did with almond milk and they came out fine. Just a thought.

The No Pudge brownies are EXCELLENT! They come in Original, Raspberry, Mint, and Cappuccino, flavors. All you have to do is add Soy yogurt. I add vanilla soy milk instead and a tablespood of vanilla extract. These are gooooooood. And their consistency are like the real deal!

The ingredients are: Pure Sugar Cane, Dutch Cocoas, Cornstarch, Salt, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Egg Whites, Wheat Gluten, Baking Soda.

Have a look - No Pudge Brownie Mixes

Wendy, I have one of those No Pudge mixes at home, but I've been afraid to make it because I am avoiding soy as well as dairy. Are you saying you used soy milk instead of any yogurt? If that works, then maybe I can try it with almond milk.

Yup, I used vanilla soy milk by 8th Continent. Try the almond milk. I don't think it'll conflict with the chocolatey goodness!

You can substitute with applesauce and it still works as well! Great brownies!!!!!
