thanks to all of you...I started been reading here last night when I found this and again this morning...I have learned more about my IBS-C here than ever...I have 'had' this for 30 years and it's a constant struggle...I am excited to try a new approach...starting right now...

Hello everyone. Ive been currently reading some boards on here. and looking for solutions and ideas for cooking. i notice alot about baking. Ive been doing that and still having problems. so i recently brought a steamer and things seem to be going well. I have to find now is recipes and ideas to cook with this electric steamer. so any ideas i would greatly appreciate. and i look forward to reading your message on this board.
