Hi I found a recipe for like a shirmp stir fry it has noodles chicken carrots shrimp and green beans thats all fix in a pan the only prolbem is I need a sauce to put on it! I can't have soy sauce any other ideas would be great I can't wait to try this!!

Here's a link to a recipe for Soy-free soy sauce
You could make a teriyaki sauce using that as a base, or
Add ginger and/or garlic and use the 'soy sauce' on its own.

Try doing a Google search for "teriyaki sauce recipe" and you'll find plenty. I was recommending that because soy sauce tends to be the main ingredient. I make my own by using mostly soy sauce, some rice vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger.

I used this "soyless" soy sauce for a marinade once. It was good and had a nice thick texture, probably due to the molasses. It was very sweet, yet tangy.
8 oz molasses
3 oz balsamic vinegar
sugar to taste
