I absolutely LOVE the Mustard Dill Salmon with Roasted Potatoes. Is there another fish (safe of course) that can stand up to this dish instead of the Salmon? thanks!

Supposedly cod can stand up to almost anything. At least that's what I hear on the Food Network.

I don't know about the taste - salmon and mustard are a classic combo - so you'll just have to try and see.

I guess prepping your tummy with some extra SF didn't help. Bummer.

Cod always turns out rubbery for me. Anyone else have that problem? I am not a fan.

If I recall, halibut is pretty sturdy.

Sand - I haven't made the dish again 'cause when I do, it'll be when I have an extended weekend so that if I get D because of it, I don't have to miss a day of work. I will keep the padding my tummy with more SF in mind though, thanks!

Snorkie - (I love the name!) I love Cod but I don't think it may go well with the dill mustard dressing. The halibut may but it's something I'll have to experiment with.
