Low fat tasty alternative to chips!

I found this recipe on a uk site, looks good!
For a low fat alternative to chips, steam or boil the potatoes until nearly cooked, slice into fat wedges, cover in egg whites and a dusting of Cajun pepper, and roast in the oven. This will result in a healthy, tasty potato dish.

Here's a nice chart I found to convert (English) Gas Marks to the degrees Fahrenheit ovens use in the US. It also shows the Celsius equivalents:

There's also a link to a weights and measures chart. It looks like things like cups and tablespoons are a tiny bit different between the US and the UK.
