Two quick questions

1) Does soy yogurt go bad as quickly as regular yogurt does after being opened?

2) Can you use tub margarine the same way you use stick margarine? I have only used it to spread on bread and toast. Would I just scoop it into a dry measuring cup?

I don't know about the yogurt question but as to your other inquiry -- I am not sure if it the correct or proper thing to do but I use the spreadable margarine (Smart Balance Light) for all my cooking needs. I just measure it into a dry measuring cup/ spoon and all works out
