Hi everyone, I am new to the board, although i am not new to IBS, I am so glad I found heather and her products and this board!!!!
I just had a question, I was in Trader Joes today and picked up some veggie riblets, they seem pretty safe except for the wheat gluten?, What is this, should I avoiding eating these. I am just recovering from an "attack" I would hate to eat these and feel bad again. I just wasn't sure what Wheat Gluten Hydrated meant?

I'm not sure if the "Hydrated" part changes anything, but wheat gluten is a protein found in wheat. Unless you have celiacs or are sensitive to gluten there is no problem.
