The reason I ask is I'm planning a big party for my mom and also am trying to make sure I'll get to enjoy some of the things I make myself. Anyway, I have a special type of cake planned and I can't make it work in a bundt pan. Help?! Reged: 10/14/04 Posts: 2518 Loc: Michigan Yes I have made it in a 13x9 pan and it came out just fine. The cooking time is shorter with this kind of pan. I think mine was done in like 20-30 minutes. My oven also cooks things quickly too. I would start checking after about 25 mintues. Do a search for it. I haven't tried it yet, but have heard it's wonderful. Since i dont own a bundt pan (yet) i always just use a round pie pan (24cm wide). It needs a bit longer then, but it comes out great.
