See this link. This stuff is actually really good. I gave some to someone who didn't know it wasn't actually Jell-O and they loved it. There are 4 flavors. I've ordered many things from Vegan Essentials and most of it has been really good. Except the alfredo stuff, but that just seems to be one of those things, like cheeses, that they just can make subs for.

If you're not vegetarian, any sort of regular Jello should be safe. Just DON'T get sugar-free, and you're good to go.

I've never had a problem with regular Jello. In fact, I don't remember reading that anyone here has.

I don't mean to sound flip; I just honestly don't recall it being reported as a problem.

Why not the sugerfree one. Here in holland we can only get the Jello sugerfree, fatfree instant one, and as far as i know i didnt have any problems with it, but now im curious if i should cut them out again. (I use it in pie)

In the States, sugar-free generally means the natural sugar has been replaces with an artificial sugar like Splenda or Equal.

Artificial sugars are an IBS trigger, so that's why sugar-free Jello isn't good for us.

I'll look into that one then.

It is my biggest problem too. The artificial sugars, they are hard to find here in the ingredients, but i dont think we dont have a lot of them.. Might be because of them that im not completely stable yet..
