I am not much of a fan of the taste of fennel tea and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of what i could do instead of drinking it or add to help with the taste. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I find it more palatable when I've added honey & the tea's cooled off a little. It's still not my favorite, but I can get it down.
I think some people mix fennel and mint together, but I've never tried that.

I have bought fennel seeds at my Health Food Store and just chewed them and swallowed with water. The taste is the same as the tea (not pleasant) but it's concentrated to one mouthful. Chew them as long as you can stand the taste.

If you can't tolerate normal white sugar, maybe try "corn sugar". At least that what's it's called at the health food stores here. It's pure dextrose, and is easier to digest than sucrose (white sugar).

I don't really like the taste either, so I found some Fennel seed capsules at Whole Foods. You just swallow them with water. Sometimes there is a minor fennel aftertaste, but it is hardly noticable.

You can try fennel caps. I've seen them in a few health food stores. You can also steep your fennel along with another tea. It's good with cinnamon.

Plug your nose and chug! I really don't like it either. I make a very small cup, brew it VERY strong, cool it slightly, and chug! It's yucky!

I used a chamomile tea bag also, lots of sugar and let is cool, it is much better cool and after a while I got used to it, but not alone with the chamomile also.....
