This is all pretty much to taste and to toleration. The amounts of each ingredient is up to you.
Strawberries (cleaned, hulled, and diced) Soy vanilla or plain yogurt Ground Cinnamon Granola
Split your yogurt and strawberries into two equal parts. Pour first half yogurt into bowl/dish/glass. Cover with half of your diced strawberries. Pour second half of yogurt over this, and then add the second half of strawberries. Top with as much granola as you can comfortably tolerate and sprinkle cinnamon over it.
Eat up!

Just out of curiosity - what is the fat percent (weight and energy) of the yogurt you use? The one I use is 2.9 weight percent and I think around 40 energy percent, which means I always have to add other stuff to it to make the E% ok. It sucks that something with as little as 3 % fat still isn't ok counting E%...

I'm not sure. It's been a while since I've gotten some. Next time I pick it up I'll put all the info on here.
I generally don't pay too much attention to fat percents as it isn't one of my triggers. So sorry. That's bad of me to do.
