I'm new to this, can anyone advise on Potatoes, I am getting conflicting information

The skin is IF, the inside is SF. Potatoes are safe to eat when you peel them. Some people leave on the skin if they can tolerate it to add some IF to their diet.

Many thanks, But it's quite a way to Sacramento from Derbyshire, England, but I do have a cousin there.

Whereabouts in Derbyshire are you from?
Only ask because I'm a Yorkshire girl myself - from Mosborough, Sheffield, which is right on the edge of Derbyshire. I've just moved back up to Sheffield from Sandiacre (Half way between Derby & Nottingham), and work in Chesterfield.
Good to see a fellow Northerner on the boards!

Hi there, thanks for the reply. although have always suffered constipation never been like this before. Diagnosis IBS and anxiety as I have been looking after my Mum for some time, twice daily. Trying hard to come to grips with the diet. Also suffer from fibromyalgia which makes everything worse. I was born at Ridgeway and now live in Chesterfield, small world. David has set this up for me , my name is Josie. Thinking of going for acupuncture, any comment. thanks, speak soon.
