Need a great IBS friendly appetizer

My sister is having her husband's 30th birthday party Fri night. She's serving the usual fare that I just can't stomch. I searched the index for an appetizer but there are so many! Does anyone have a great appetizer they'd like to share so I can actually eat something at this party? THANKS!

You took the suggestion right out of my mouth Shell! I still love these things. I made them at Christmas time again this year. No one can tell the difference when you use turkey dogs instead of the real thing. I also love fresh guacamole with Guiltless Gourmet chips. I use a simple recipe of 2-3 avacados, 1 tablespoon of Hellman's light mayonaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of garlic powder. Put it all in a blender. I add more lemon and garlic powder depending on how it tastes.
