looking for recipe--Lentil Meatballs

I made these ages ago and they were pretty good. I was wondering if anyone might know of a recipe that would work or if you happen to have the recipe.

I'd never heard of them but they sounded intriguing. I did a Google search for:

lentil meatball

and got a lot of hits. This one looked interesting:

I'd use white bread instead of the recommended whole grain, cut down on the oil used to saute the mushrooms, put the formed meatballs on a cookie sheet and spray them with Pam and brown them in the oven.

If you do make some version of lentil meatballs, please post the recipe - it would be nice to have a change from poultry.
