I was feeling like making some zucchini bread for a change and just checking cos the ingrediants seem to be sweet but to me a courgette is a vegetable that you would roast or something. So does the bread taste sweet? Zucchini is a vegatable but very versatile and does make delicious bread, not all that sweet, reduce the sugar content if you think it's too much. Hopes this helps.
