Worried about Hummus?

Hi I know this is kinda a funny and off the wall question but I was wanting to make some hummus and try it i have never had it before but I don't do well with beans is this anything to worry about? Thanks

Not funny or off the wall at all! If you normally have trouble with beans, hummus is probably going to affect you the same way, since that's mostly what it is. I would still give it a try, though, depending on how badly beans affect you. Eating safely, with plenty of soluble fiber, might be enough to cushion the beans, so to speak.
Just start slowly, if you do try it! Small amounts!

Hello...I would move slowly and carefully with hummus. I have a lot of trouble with beans, but I can tolerate hummus (not two days in a row), and I don't eat much. I LOVE it! You could try a little, like 1 Tbl. on a bagel or rice cake and see how you do. It is the food of the gods! Yum... Mei Mei
