Rice Pudding Substitue

I am in deperate need of some rice pudding, one of my favorite foods. I have checked the recipe index and the few recipes there take eggs. Is there a way I can substitute something else in for the eggs? would egg beaters work???

I always use egg beaters when a recipe calls for eggs and I've never had a problem

You can use 2 egg whites where it's called for 1 egg (so, if the recipe calls for 2 eggs, just use 4 egg whites).

That's usually cheaper than buying egg beaters. Egg whites are IBS safe.
