Thai Fried Rice with Cilantro and Shrimp

I made the Thai Fried Rice with Cilantro and Shrimp on Sunday for my husband and I, and now I have a question. I basically ruined it because the Cilantro or something in it burnt, and it was really disgusting. Has anyone else made this before? If so what did you do to make it taste good?

I make this ALL the time. You have to make sure your wok is hot and that you use the oil that Heather recommends. You may have burnt something sticking to the bottom of the pan. Stir it ALOT and make sure you get to the stuff at the bottom. Onions and rice could have burned.

Try again as it is AWESOME!

I make this all the time too. I can't imagine how your results did not turn out right but this is one of my favorite dishes. Please try it again and make sure your rice is cold and that you have separated the grains by running your hands under cool water and kneading it apart prior to putting it in the dish. Also, the oil needs to be hot and spread throughout the wok or things will stick and burn. Good luck next time.
