wok steamed salmon question- from EFI

Has anyone made this? Did you use a bamboo steamer over a wok or some other steamer? Will a bamboo steamer work?

I actually made this but I put the salmon in a pan, added the teriyaki sauce and baked it. It turned out really well. Unfortunately I don't have a wok steamer.

I made this using the veggie steamer that came with my rice cooker. I just laid the green onions in there and steamed the salmon while I cooked my rice. I used to make this recipe pretty often. It's a good one if you like strong flavors.
