Hi there!
Since I'm having a hard time finding store bought safe snacks I'd like to know if you have any tips on what I could make myself. It should preferably be easy to make and it should preferably keep for a week or so at least. The kind of snack I can just grab whenever I'm hungry and that is safe so I don't have to think about eating anything else with it. I could check the index but I don't have that much time right now so I'd really appreciate it if you could give me a few good tips!
Thanks,
Ulrika, IBS-D

Pretzels - You can get the regular little crunchy ones in a bag or can find some safe frozen ones that you bake (I'm actually going to buy some of these today!). There are also a couple of recipes to make your own here and here
French bread or sourdough bread - good to have on hand and grab some when you're hungry
Dry cereal - I sometimes just get a cup of dry cereal to snack on when I have the munchies.
Keebler graham crackers - original or cinnamon
Heather's honey glazed snack mix or crunchy pizza party snack mix (in EFI book)
Bagel chips

Thanks, though I'm trying to find something other than bread to vary with. I'll look at the snack mixes you suggested though.
As for the list of brand names I have checked that before and none of the ready made things are available where I live.
