I'm sure I'm not the first person to have thought of this - I may even have read it somewhere at some point - but it worked so well I'm really ridiculously pleased with myself. I took the leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes and parceled them out amongst the cups in a muffin pan. I didn't fill the cups quite to the top and put a piece of aluminum foil over the whole pan. Into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and everything was piping hot. Only one pan to wash and no burnt edges from cooking too little food in too big a casserole.

Muffin pans are a good way to make the stuffing in the first place (unless, of course, you're serving 5 dozen people, in which case it could take all day) - it heats up faster, and every serving has a nice amount of the yummy crunchy stuff on top.
