I am thinking of joining Weight Watchers to lose some unwanted weight.

My question is: Is it possiable to do Weight Watchers around the foods you are able to eat? I have such a limited food acceptance, and was wondering if this would be possiable.

Thanks, Karen

I could do the WW when I did the flex points so I could eat the carbs I needed to. The Core was too restrictive for me. But now I'm using the SparkPeople site and I really like it. Good luck.

Is this another group like weight watchers? My problem is I can eat carbs, just need to know how to eat them the right way.

Thanks, Karen

What is the core of weight watchers?

The Core program is stricter on carbs and sugars. Still lots of foods, just not for me. If you join they explain both programs and you can switch weekly from Flex to Core to suit your diet.
I heard of the SparkPeople site around here. It gives you a range for calories, carbs, fats, proteins. It's taking me a while to find my way around the site but it has a lot to offer and it's free! My kind of plan!! My membership in WW online isn't up until Nov. but I'm not using it much right now. I've struggled with getting back to losing weight all summer (46 to go) and this past week I finally have gotten into a rhythm with losing again.

If the other program is free. maybe I will check it out instead of WW. Thanks for the info.
