Hi I was wondering whats the best deli turkey or sandwitch turkey meat was the best to use with ibs? thanks

I don't like the packaged ones. I always get a good one from the deli. The packaged ones seem to have additives that just, well, taste icky to me, let alone anything else.

I like Sara Lee. Not too many stores near me carry it, though, so I don't know how easy it is to find.

I've found that Nature's Promise makes good turkey breast; it's a line of food that is organic sold at more common grocery stores like Giant and Stop n shop. I don't know if that is in your area
