What about the fat for the recipe? Do you know how to figure out the fat for recipes that don't give you the info? If so, teach me!! Please! You take the total grams of fat, then you multiple that figure by 9. Got it? Then you have total fat calories. You divide THAT figure by the total calories. You with me so far? Say, for instance, that the total fat grams were 2.5. Multiply that by 9 and you get 22.5. Still with me, Girlfriend? Then lets say the total calories were 58. You divide the 22.5 by 58, and you get 39% fat. Simple.
