I am so lost I need some help with food please!

Please help I have lived with ibs for about 8 yrs now and it was under control for a while until this last 2 years and it seems to have gotten worse. I have resorted to eating chciken and noodles, and sweet pots. I have read the diest on hear and do i only eat the souble stuff an dnot the other or so i comnined them? I miss food so much I can't handle tomoatoe sauce its a big trigger food for me. I miss pizza and lasgna so bad. This Website is about Heather's Eating For IBS Diet. It sounds like you've picked up some of the ideas, but not the whole thing. I suggest you read all the information on this Website OUTSIDE the Boards. Click on "Home" in the column to the left to get started. I also think it's even more helpful to get a copy of Heather's book, "The First Year - IBS" - it lays out everything in simple step by step fashion. Your library might have it or you can get it from this Website or from Amazon or Barnes and Noble.

Soluble Fiber foods should be the basis of every meal and snack, but you need to add protein, fat, and Insoluble Fiber safely. The full Diet information on this Website and in the book can help you understand how to do that.
